Please take your son to the doctor and don't yell at him. Please ask him if any one or thing is bothering him. On my own experiance. Is his soiling runny or hard as my son had blockage in bowl. My son  has accidents if can't get to toilet in time. Don't get to alarmed at my story as your son may have something different. He needs your support. Hope this helps

 Usually when something like is happening to an older child there could be a few reasons why. Have you tried talking to your son calmly not yelling that gets no where and could very well make the situation worse for your son.

Is he having trouble with school work????

Is he having trouble being bullied at school????

 Have you taken him to a doctor to see if there is a physical problem????

I'm not sure what you can do, I would take him to a doctor firstly just to rule out any physical reasons.

Secondly I wouldn't yell at him, this isn't helping either of you.  It would be making him upset, and nervous which in turn could make it worse.  Try and deal with it in a calm manner.
