Re: not sure

I was always told if you're having unprotected sex for a year, and nothing happens to go see your doctor.

Wish you the best.

Re: not sure

Hi,  Your cervical fluid is thin, clear in colour and like raw egg white just prior to when you ovulate= it will stretch if you rub two fingers together and when you're not ovulating it will be thicker, whiter and not stretchy.  You can notice the difference if you check each day for a few months.  Also, you may notice more copious cervical fluid just prior to ovulation and may be more "in the mood" as nature tells you to "go forth and make babies!!"   Good luck, maybe you can use the  test/ov. kit  to confirm ovulation once you see a change to clear, stretchy cervical fluid (if you get  signs of impending ovulation).

Yeah I have purchased it before but to be honest it saves a lot more money learning to check your cervical fluid so you know when you're ovulating

Re: not sure

Very true!!!!! OPkits will tell you too late when you ovulate.

Your best bet is to use the Fertility Awarness Method to get preg. It uses Fluid checks and temperature upon awakening to tell you when you ovulate.

Re: not sure

hey, im in same position as you except i haven't been trying as long.  i have just purchased an ovulating kit as i am like you and are unsure if im ovulationg properly.  i am also taking blackmores conceive well gold tablets as my doctor told me too. but as for the ovulating kit my thought is i my as well give it a try, it can't hurt and it only cost me $22, i'm due to start the tests tomorrow, so fingers crossed it works and all i can say is give it a go and if it shows your aren't ovulating then go to doctor that way you can tell them you have done it and it shows negative ovualting results. good luck :)

Re: not sure

Hi babytalk,

If you have been trying for that long i would go to the doctors. Most doctors wont do anything till you have been trying for a year so now maybe it is the time to see someone before you start buying test kits.

Good Luck, i have never been in your position so i don't know how frustrating it would be for you.

Juzzy
