Go to your doctor and ask for a referral to a gyne and get it checked out properly pain should always be checked out!

I think that lumps around and under scars are very common.  I also think that these lumps can be tender, or push against other things to make them hurt.  I have not had a caesarian, but I do have surgery scars from other things.  There are hard lumps below the skin in a couple of spots under the scars, and one or two of them push on the bone and are quite tender when I press them.

It could be some form of keloid scarring or hypertrophic scarring, where excess scar tissue is created.  They can sometimes be a bit painful.

I don't know anything about ovary pain or anything related, so can't make any suggestions about that.
