separation property settlement

I'm going to the solicitor on tuesday to start the property settlement process after separation and also to write a new will. if anyone has been through this before, I would appreciate some advice on what paperwork I need to take with me- some things I have thought of include loan statements, super statements, asset details........anything else? Thanks.

Re: separation property settlement

I'm sorry to hear that.
I havent been through it, I do work at a law firm though and for the estate side of it you should take your current Will and EPA, finanical information, any loan or debt information. Basically if you think you may need it then take it, it cant hurt.
