You may consider trying to stay in her room a few times and watch for the cue for her doing poo's. If you can work out when she does it, although I suspect upon waking she poo's and then takes her nappy off to play. If you have a child monitor you can listen for when she stirs and go to her room and she can watch you empty the nappy into the potty. After a while and over time the penny will drop that, that is where poo goes in the potty and eventually in the toilet.
