May be this question has been answered many times before and i did not pay any attention to this site. My 2 and a half year old has a sore throat, runny nose and is sneezing. she also complains that she cannot talk and has lot of pains while coughing. I hate to see her suffer each time she has to cough and sneeze.
Could i please know as to what food to give and what kind of food to stay away from.
