Keep the area dry and wear cotton panties.  If possible do not wear them at all during night time, so that some air can go in and it helps to stay more drier.  Do not wear tight clothing like jeans.  Dring lots and lots of water , so that you can pee too often.  Shave , so it helps to keep yourself clean.  Do not use hair removing cream, as it might be too sensitive, incase you have had the itchiness.  Just gently shave the area.
