I would imagine you would still be able to use the same bottles as you would for unthickened formulas.  It would be the teats that would be different, they would need to have a slightly larger hole to allow for the extra thickness of the formula to pass through properly.

I used Avent anti colic bottles for my daughters thickened formula. The only issue was that because the formula was so thick i had to get different teats to what came with them. I got teats with slow medium and fast flow on them and they worked great!!! Goodluck i hope you find something that works great!
