the mum has three kids all up and has a really hard time coping with them, the drugs and alcohol are a big part of why she can't cope and we are willing to help her too if she wants the help but at the moment it is looking like she just wants to keep her life the way it is and does not want my family member to better his life for their son's sake.

I know most of the laws and know what he can and can't do for most things but it has beena few years since I have had to look into any of this so I know things would have changed and yeah a lawyer is a definate, Just waiting takes so long .......
