Blocked fallopian tubes does reduce your chances of getting pregnant, and it increases the chances of an ectopic pregnancy too.
If you are unable to conceive naturally because the blockage prevents the egg from coming down or if the blockage is only partial increasing the risks of an ectopic pregnancy, then you can still get pregnant, just by way of IVF.
Don't worry, you don't have to go the whole nine yards. What they will do is harvest your eggs directly from the ovaries, fertilize them and implant them in your uterus when the time is right.
If that isn't an option for you, then you should find out how bad your blockage really is and see if there isn't another way around it. In some cases, the blockage can be removed without causing too much damage, but I don't know what the statistics are on the success of it.
