Should I start formula?

Baby was breastfed for 8 months. Did not want to give her formula after my milk stopped and she only ate table food since then. She is now 12 months old and normal weight but I started to worry if I did the best for her. Should I start the formula after 12 months ??

If your worried about her gettin the right nurtrients for her age you can get something called nutriboost.

it comes in strawberry and choc and its cheaper then formula

At 12 months, it's actually the right time to start cow's milk (whole milk).

I would go to whole milk unless there is a reason not to like allergies to worry about. IT would be much much cheaper to do whole cow's milk than to buy a next step toddler formula.

Re: Should I start formula?

Has she been having cows milk since 8 months then? she should still have been having milk. There is a formula after 12 months but thast when most parents make the change to cows milk. I never breastfed my son, but im pregnant and hoping to breastfeed for at least the first 3months, then use formula till12 months, then the switch to cows milk
