I've found or should I say a couple of friends, who were told they couldn't get pregnant stop taking the pill as it didn't seem necessary to be on it and wouldn't you know it they got pregnant!!!!! There is always a chance no matter how small it maybe. Douching or cleaning inside after won't get all the sperm, in fact all your mostly cleaning is the protective fluid that the sperm live in.

Just for educational purposes, the vagina is acidic, which kills sperm. Men produce a fliud along with the sperm that not only protects the sperm from the acidic environment of the vagina but also nourishes and keeps sperm in the manufacturers state. By the time you get out of bed and clean, the majority of sperm is already in your uterus, which is a safe enviroment for sperm. As men ejactulate close to the cervix, it is just a hop, skip and jump into the safe enironment.

The first thing to do is try a hpt (home preg test) and book an appointment with your DR or GP for complete diagnosis. Actually looking at the dates you may want to wait until your next period is due before doing a test. It is not uncommon to have symptoms early as some ppl are more senstive to the preg hormones then others and the more pregnancies you have the more sensitive you are too!

It is entirely possible to be pregnant now, after unprotected sex. Going to the toilet doesn't get rid of the sperm that is already inside you.

If by chance you don't get pregnant, it is best to get on some sort of contraception.  

If you don't get your period in the next 2 weeks or so, then get a pregnancy test to be sure.

 Hmm I wonder where people get these strange ideas about how to not fall pregnant. Going to the toilet after or even spraying water in there wont stop you getting pregnant, even if he dosn't ejeculate inside you you can still get pregnant!

What did you come off on the 24th of october? Do you mean your period stopped? You can get pregnant any time you just have more chance if it is somewhere in the middle of your cycle. And it only takes once! :)

Usualy the urine tests only work after 10 days after your missed period which you probly wouldent have missed yet, so if you really want to know you can go to the dr and they should be able to send you for a blood test.

Also the pill can mess you up for a while, I dont know about 2 years but you never know, everyone reacts to stuff differently.

anytime you have sex unprotected you can fall pregnant. going to the toilet afterwards will only help prevent UTI's it will not help prevent pregnancy. I went for 4 yrs inbetwenn children and didnt fall pregnant (whilst having reg. unprotected sex)

The only way to know is to see a doc or take a test
