I had that too through several of my pregnancies, spotting that was heavy and bleeding.   But I had very bad bleeding with my second, after two very severe miscarriages.  I had bed rest, hard to do with a little one to take care of and then tried to pace myself when the bleeding finally slowed.  Do keep yourself checked by your doctor, just to ease your own thoughts!  I was not into my second trimester and there is little you can do put wait and hope.  My second was healthy and a going concern!  We will add our best wishes and vibes and hope for the best!

 I had bleeding with my 2nd (not a whole lot but still scary anyway) So went to the emergency to get checked over, all ok so went for a scan the next day and it was because the plecenta was laying low or something like that, Luckly I had no more bleeding and it was all good, the plecenta "grew" out of the way and had a natural birth.

Of course I can't say "Yes, you will be fine" because we never know but it sounds simaler to what I went thru :)
