I had a surprise baby shower thrown for me and a game that was played there was -

On a table have lots of newborn baby stuff - nappies washers pins hair brush clothes wipes bottles socks spoons (all sorts)

have a number beside them and have a piece of paper numbered 1 to (however many items you have)

Then get your guests to memorise what item went with what number for 2 or 3 minutes

Then get them to go away and write down all the ones they could remember.  Whoever got the most got a box of chocolates (then you get to keep all the baby stuff - which you will need for your baby

 Also, there's always the game of guessing the size of mommy's belly with toilet paper: you have people cut enough toilet paper to go around your waist, then you wrap it aroud your tummy and see which one was closer!

One game could be, is to get people to guess the weight of the baby for when he arrives.. that could work?

play bingo, maybe guess the baby's arrival date? any person who has a birthday close to the due date gets a prize??
im getting some idea's here, but i dont know if any of them are good ?? maybe, i would say so

also, jelly bean game(put jelly beans in a baby bottle, person who guess's the number or closest to it wins a prize) lucky napkin and lucky plate, lucky cup(put a mark under neath of them and whoever get's them, wins a prize)

loonie draw( its like a 50/50 draw... half goes to the person who wins and the other half goes to the mom to be)

it worked for me and everything turned out well and it was alot of fun!!
