Sore Breasts

well i am pregnant, and obviously ill have sore breasts. im not complaining, and i know there isnt a whole lot that you can do. I think its a mixture of growing, and producing. My question is, is there anything that can help with the soreness other than taking warm showers. I mean i cant be in the shower all day long as much as i wish i could be. haha.. But if theres anything that anybody did while they were pregnant, i would sure like to try it..

My mother gave me wool fat you get it from a chemist in a brown glass container. it works for crack nipples, sore breasts and it doesnt affect the baby feeding when he or she comes along too.i just took deep breaths up till then and stayed away from crying babies they make them ache(that bloomin let down who invented that ahh). hope you get relief soon.

lansinoh cream

Warm compresses are also good...wet a washcloth and microwave it for 1 minute. Put it on and it may help.

Now if the soreness is w/the nipple area, I used a cream called Lansinoh (purple tube) and that helped with the soreness and I didn't have any of the cracking. I used it before delivering and after when nursing.

Good luck and know that it's all worth it!
