Weightloss

Hey guys me again. been battling this for a while now thought i should finally get some advice. when i was pg i gained 18kg, now bella is 4m\o i have lost about 14 but can't manage to get rid of the rest if anyone has any weightloss and toning up ideas would be very much appreciated

Hey no need to be so hard on yourself you've done a great job! Your baby is so little so to lose that much so soon should be celebrated! Herbalife can help you lose the last of the bulge though. I lost 5kgs in a month on the shakes. Too easy.

yep i sure do, what you need to do to get rid of those last kilo's is use weights! you need to build muscle, once your doing that it will replace the fat then you will start burning calories all day and night and the weight will just melt of, after every baby i've had ( i have 6 )i've done weights combined with arobics and it works wonders, it tones you right up and gets all the weight of, my youngest is 4 weeks old, i gained 19 kg's with her and i've been doing weight arobics for 2 weeks now and i've only got 6 kgs to go now which will be a peice of cake as i've repalced my muscle with fat now and what follows next is usually a big weight loss, i always find it tough to begin with but once my bodys gotton stronger i just breeze through it and the weight just falls of, i use a step, matt, and weights, and the vidio (firm body)

It is hard to lose weight. I myself have been trying to lose it but it keeps finding me, lol. Walking is a great way to lose weight. But make sure you burn off more than you put in and remember to eat your meals.

Eat 6 small meals a day. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and evening snack. This way your matubolism is always working to burn fat. With your meals and snacks eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and drink plenty of water. If you want a sweet treat, diet jelly is quite nice and has no fat, same with diet ice blocks. You can also put fruit in the diet jelly.

thanks for all the advice guys. i don't like sweet foods at all so i very rarely have anything with sugar in it. my problem is i don't have an appetite so i'm lucky to have one meal a day. i know its terrible.

If you were following a routine to lose the weight - change it!  Your body can get used to the food you are eating, and the exercise you are doing and stalemate.  Change your diet or exercise routine and you may just shed those extra 4 kilo's.

Hey Bellachell-

Frist off, congrats on the 14kg you have already lost. I know from experience it is pretty hard to lose that damn baby fat. I am almost back to my orginal weight. For me, I drink lots of water, and we go for walks at least 3x a week, to the mall. and grocery shopping- I don't drive, so the all the walking helps!
Just excersie, and eat heathly! I think that's the best way to lose weight and stay heathly!!
