yep i sure do, what you need to do to get rid of those last kilo's is use weights! you need to build muscle, once your doing that it will replace the fat then you will start burning calories all day and night and the weight will just melt of, after every baby i've had ( i have 6 )i've done weights combined with arobics and it works wonders, it tones you right up and gets all the weight of, my youngest is 4 weeks old, i gained 19 kg's with her and i've been doing weight arobics for 2 weeks now and i've only got 6 kgs to go now which will be a peice of cake as i've repalced my muscle with fat now and what follows next is usually a big weight loss, i always find it tough to begin with but once my bodys gotton stronger i just breeze through it and the weight just falls of, i use a step, matt, and weights, and the vidio (firm body)
