I didn't get really bad morning sickness, so I don't know if this would help or not.

I used to have a piece of try toast, or a biscuit BEFORE I got out of bed in the morning.  If you could get your partner to bring you a piece of toast before you get up, it might just work for you, it really helped me.

I also found eating small amounts, frequently during the day helped.  Just nibbling on dry biscuits and also ginger beer helped as well.

Hope you get through it ok!

xx

There are some herbal tablets you can get from the health food shop.  Are you actyally throwing up or just nausia?  These stopped me from vomitting but not much help with the nausia.  also as a quick fix in a pinch I found salt & vinigar chips worked on both syptoms for maybe an hour after a little snack sized pack...it's the vinigar that helps.  Ginger beer is good if you like ginger.  I hate ginger so non og that stuff was any good to me.  I was violently ill for 7 months & in the end had to take maxolon which was a prescription and just a heaven of a relief.

If you are mega crook like I was, throwing up all day and feeling sick the rest of the day, ask your Dr.  it's a long time to suffer in sillence & it was a factor in robbing me of an enjoyable pregnancy.

Good luck

I found that Dry Ginger Ale helped or you may like to try ginger tablets they are a herbal remady I found that it helped me and I had to be hospitalised at one point as I couldn't even keep water down. But after I was released from hospital my doctor sugested ginger tablets and vitamin B6 tablets.

I hope that this is of some help.

Funnily enough, they say that the nausea is caused by low blood sugar so you may actually need something to eat!! Toast with peanut butter or nutella worked for me.....definitely brought to you in bed though!!!!! :-D

I've heard if you can get someone to bring you a cup of tea in bed in the morning that helps.  Don't know if is works or not.  Could be worth a try though.
