Baby Bonus
Just out of interest what are some of the ways that people intend to spend their Baby Bonus? I ask this question because there are often derogatory comments made about how parents choose to spend their money but I think the opposite is true and that it is put to very good use. I suffered quite severely from post-natal depression after my daughter was born and am very conscious that I may suffer from it again after my son is born so I have opted to hire a nanny to come in twice a week and help me at home with my two babies. With the baby bonus I can afford two afternoons a week for 6 hours each time for about 6 months. That kind of assistance will be invaluable to me. What do others have to say?
