think like first person said this is a very common problem. My mother in law told me my partner did this all the time esp when he went to nanny's he used to get undressed in the car on the way to nannys and would be completely naked by the time they got there!

Very amusing but very frustrating i imagine, she said the only thing she could do was to tell him that his bits were very special and that only mummy and daddy should see them not anybody else esp nanny!

When at home you could try another trick which i find very handy! Instead of telling them off,etc just praise them with a special treat when they do put their clothes on! Try and put away a loved toy which you put away when he takes his clothes off but when he puts them on the toy comes back out. Also another idea is to make his favourite special sandwich at lunchtime,etc when he does put his clothes on.

I know this is hard as most of the time their are off but occasionaly when they go on praise,praise and more praise i have found this far more sucessful than any telling off so now whenever i want my daughter to do something i just make her do it once and just dont shut up about it telling her how wonderful,etc she is. I know that sounds really fake and cheesy but it works! Its marvellous, it works!

This must be a common problem.  We have one rule - undies!  He must wear undies - if everything else comes off I don't care.  We tell him that he could hurt himself if he doesn't wear them and he accepts that (as he has learnt the hard way).  He is not allowed out of his room or the bathroom without them.  We live in the country so I have not been too concerned, but I would probably be more diligent if we were in a more public place.

Yes I've had this problem until Hubby blew rasberries on my sons belly with 3 days worth of wiskers after that all I needed to say is wiskers and he couldn't wait to get at least a t shirt and jocks on.

Little miss 2 does the same thing. Dresses up pretty as a picture to go out, but the moment she gets home off come most of her clothes, then her brother & her turn this one spot in her mums yard into a mud pool & play in it. I guess we can be thankful that she keeps her undies on & that all her beautiful clothes don't get covered in mud. Just had the image of that character in Snoopy & I've begun laughing... my daughter will be most upset I suppose when she reads that I've associated her georgeous little one with Pigpen

LOL I know I shouldn't laugh.....I have the same problem with Breanna she is 27 months,I was having success by telling her that her botty and Vagina were very special and we didn't want other people seeing them.I would add that Mummy doesn't show off her Botty(Praise the Lord)this worked for a while........now I just wont let her outside or out of her room unless she is dressed!!!! If she strips off outside I hauled her back inside no matter how much she screetches.This is working very well.HA HA HA  As I am writing this FAT BOTTOM GIRLS is playing on the TV It is cracking me up LMFAO
