well iam so happy i have so many people on my side !
this morning we got a call from the c.i.b and they told my husband that they spoke to him and he said he just did not want to ahve his machine damaged .
no excuse really ,like i said he could ahve asked us to move him he is no relativive of ours.
then the cib bloke said to hubby that we shoulent bother with such petty thing because the courts will just say we are wasting their time .
how stupid is that !so in another words let him get away with
no bloody way! i ahve printed your feedbacks so i may show others that iam not the only one that feels this way.
it might have been just a smack on the hand but it was a samck that should have never happened.my husband never smacked him because he new he would get into trouble ,if an ault amcks an adult you get charged but when its a child its not important.iam indeed going to call on the media and anyone else that will listen i hope if you guys see us on the media you back me up and let the media hear your voice to,iam going to take him on head first for my son and for all the other kids.
BRING IT ON!
i know if i had seen it happen i would have broken everything of his or puncehd him one as iam red fire but hubby keeped his cool told him off and we walked out but i deceded bugger this call the police.but hubby went back after we called the cops and warned the guy he was going to be charged he did not care,as if he new he would get away with it ,unfortunatly he owns the shop so i cant get him fired.
i will keep blogging on this matter.thanks everyone

what would you do?
Sue his arse!!!! Sue him personally after the charge of course, then sue the store owner/ manager and if it's a franchise sue them too. Then I'd ring a current affair and today tonight and all those and I'd start a HUGE cuffuffal. My 5 year old neice was slapped at a Hungry jacks in a melbourne suburb whilst waiting with her 10 year old brother and their 10 year old friend whilst my Mum went to the loo and my 86 year old grandma waited at a near by table.
A stranger woman told my 5 year old excited to be getting Hungry Jacks for lunch to "Shut Up" and then when she didn't (not being overly loud or anythng, just being a kid in a child friendly restraunt) she slapped across the back of her head. When my Mum returned from the loo and found out she was rope-able and yelled at this woman who in turn denighed touching my neice or speaking to her for that matter, so she was also a liar. Not only were my nephew and his friend witnesses but my grandma saw it too and also yelled at the woman.
When my nephews friend told me over the phone that same night, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was furious and there was nothing to be done about it. There is something seriously wrong with the way the "some" current young childless adults seem to think they have more rights than parents/ guardians and for that matter, children. More people should act out raged when it happens and take positive steps in scarying the CR@P out of those who think their wait in line is more important than a 5 year olds, or that one un-used computer screen is more valuable than decent customer service, courtesy, class, empathy and understanding. What was his big concern......finger prints?? Well now his will be on file in the police computers for ever and a day.
SCREW HIM TO THE WALL LIBBY!!
Oh, I'm back lol.
