No, you cannot.  I suffer bad with sinus at the best of times, but it got worse each time I was pregnant.  The chemists and the doctors told me I cannot take any type of sinus tablets, but they did say I could take palaramine tablets, and the nasal sprays to help.  It didn't get rid of the sinus completely, but with a couple of panadol tablets also, it was a huge help.

My advice would be to take a palaramine tablet and 2 panadol tablets, lay down for an hour or so, and then take a dose of the spray when you get up if you are still suffering.

Just tell the chemist when you go there that you need a spray for sinus that you can take while pregnant, and he/she will give you the right one.

Ask your pharmicist, they should know, you can always ring them.

When I was pregnant, I went to the chemist to get something for my sinus, and they advised a spray, which did the trick, so you might be best to do that.
