The movers and shakers is when a member's ranking has jumped a fair amount.  They have earn't recognition on their quick jump in ranking for work either published or voted/commented on, so they have a little while in the 'limelight' on the front page of Minti.

lol... that was pretty funny.. but i don't think its dance moves either.. but i wish they were, i'm soo bad at dancing

i think (this is what i think it is) it's when members move in ranks and it shows on the movers and shakers page?? I dunno i could be wrong.. Only guessing!

Maybe they can dance very well.
But I think its the members who are participating in minti with gusto!
