If you think you ovulated a month ago, this is plenty of time for a pregnancy test kit to detect a pregnancy.

Hi Libby (just checking did you mean FEB?).  

Checking pregnancy can be very different for everyone.  Some women know the minute they fall pregnant others can do pregnancy test after pregnancy test and they come up negative.  It really depends on your cycle and how your hormones react when you do fall pregnant.   I think the general consences is that you should be able to check with a urine test the day after your period is due.  However again depending on how quickly the HCG level goes up depends on whether this works or not and this is also best done first thing in the morning as soon as you get up the levels apparently are higher then.   The best way to be sure is to go to your Doctor if you think you may be pregnant and have a blood test.
