To check when you ovulate you need to either:
Do a oral temp test every morning before you get out of bed - avaliable from the chemist.  I charted mine for more than a year and it was very helpful to my specialist. Every day your basic body temp changes, when you ovulate your temp then drops and then spikes and this signals ovulation.
Or..
You need to check you cervical mucous, this is when your body produces a sticky substance and shows that your cervix is ripening to allow fertileisation - I think I've got that right.

what do you mean you don't get your period at all, or it is irregular??? if it is irregualar then you do still ovulate just at different times to others who have a regular period, you can get a kit that has 6 ovulation tests in it and 3 pregnanct tests you can pick it up from coles it is around 20 dollars good luck, my other suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about it as they would have a better idea of when you are ovulatiing, good luck Brittxx
