Hi, if you have a nebuliser handy, they are great for croup. My boys get it all the time. Also the night air also helps. I sometimes have to rug my boys up warm then take them outside. It does helps. I learned that from the ambulance guy once before. They say they do grow out of it.  Also with water infections. Not sure what you mean, but if its urine infections, my son is going through the same thing. So often that we are going to have a ultrasoung on his kidneys and other things to see if there is an underlying problem. Hope this helps. Let us know how she goes. Good luck.

hi there with the croup the best way to relive the chest is putting the child in a steamy bathroom, and for the water infection give some diluted cranberry juice it should boost the immunity system and fight the infection naturly good luck

How old is she now?

My daughter suffered with croup from very young until around 5 or 6 years of age, maybe older (my memory's fading). There's not much that can be done to help, either.

By water infections I assume you mean urinary tract infections? If she can handle it, try a squeeze of lemon juice into a glass of warm water to drink every morning.

Don't know much about the water infections I'm afraid but my brother suffered with croup for years. We used to sit in the bathroom and create a steam environment for him. His baby has now developed croup so he is now having to do the same with his children. Not heard of the water infection side to it though. Sorry
