ANY DIET SUGGESTIONS

Hi there just wanted to know any diet suggestions i dont  have much money but i just want to know if anyone knows any cheap diets that will work and excerises as i do alot of walking but i am having trouble loosing cause of my POS thanks so much

detoxing with tablets can be dangerous for the body, as it can dehydrate you! However you can detox yourself by drinking 2 litres of carrot and celery juice a day and by staying away from meat and fatty products as well as eggs for 2 weeks!
However i must add, this detox stuff is crap and it is not hard to lose weight when body is full of toxins... if you drink the recommended amount of water per day and have your RDI of fruit and veg and other vits and mins then you should be fine!

hi there, i tend to eat alot and fortunantly my best friend is a personal trainer she has told me to eat 6 healthy small meals during the day instead of 3 big meals. this helps to shrink your stomach which makes you less hungry and able to eat alot less. if you put your two fists together thats roughly how big your stomach is so you shouldnt be eating any more then that. also with excersise i suggest to do 3 days of hard excersise for an hour a day and the other days a brisk walk for 30 mins min. the best way to lose weight is running and lots of cardio. i know its a pain but the more you run the easier it gets and trust me it burns the wight off! start by doing 2km and work your way up everyweek, if you have a jogger its great to take baby along!

some excersise's you can do:

lunges, squates, tricep dips ( on the edge of a tabe ) theres alot that you can do in the privacy of your own home!good luck hope that helps!!!

HI I found the best thing for me was to eat three small meals a day along with 2 snacks. Also if you can you should try to get a body ball. They're those big bouncy balls, I got one from coles and it came with a workout out disc and I definitely recommend them. It was cheap too only about $10. Also my SIL is a personal trainer so if you would like a diet plan I would be able to get you one for free. Feel free to minti mail me if you would like one.

I found that you  if  you eat three meals a day   and a light snack morning and afternoon .

Just cut back on  the size of each meal      and do some walking or riding a bike , swimming  . Here a thing you can do as well get two cans out of the cupboard must be the same weight  and do arm excrise  and you lose weight around the arm area   and tightens up thoses wings we get lol. Get a stick and put up  behind you with your arms over the top and do some twist  from side to side  .

Walking is great
I even before I bought a Cross Trainer used to do 15 - 20 minutes in my home jogging on the spot!!!
As for Diet, go for low fat, balanced nutritious food, cut out sugar and I avoided sweets, cakes etc but at meal times I put my food on a smaller plate so my brain thought I was still having a big portion, ate slowly and drank a large glass of water before my meals. Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and veg
I lost 5 stone in about 2 years doing all this and I haven't put the weight back on either

i would say If you drink soft drinks STOP by doing this I lost 6kg in 2 months which is not much but I eat as before and did not excercise at all. and to be honest one thing about diet is not  what you loose but if you gona keep it off. as diet is not just for 2months diet is to change the way you eat full stop. If you dont eat sweets (cakes, chocolate) during the diet a you loose 10kg and feel happy most peole say ok now I can eat enything I am not on diet any more. But If you eat in moderation that chances are you are going to be better off in the long run. Dont eat the whole cake eat a small slice. Do we have to eat the whole packet of chips??????? I for one never eat out of the packet always put in a plate that way I cant say one more.

Our local gym does 3 one on one sesions for $45 then once you have the gist of things it $4.50 which includes creche. ours is almost always empty. I have the opposite to you, I cant keep weight on, Im forever being asked if i have eating disorders or being looked at like im a drug addict!! not nice!! Im going to the gym to build muscles to make me look fatter, I was very nervous, but they where all so friendly. Im sure most towns have gyms. Good luck in your weight loss.

Hey Tracey,Just a thought.....I have been having trouble cause I have plenty of will power just no wont power LOL however I was watching a tail end of a program that recommended acidopholous bifidopholous tablets(u can get them from the supermarket from the vitamin section/or healthfood shops)as if you suffer a multitude of health problems such as lethagy,sugar cravings,soft stools to name a few it could be a sign of little good bacteria in the gut.I have been on them for about 4 days and I have no sugar cravings and am feeling a little less tired,I am also not as hungry so have reduced my food intake.I was not looking at them for losing weight but they seem to be curbing sugar and hunger.They cost  $23.00  a bottle for 90 you take three a day with meals.             
           P.S. I have got a lift into town on Thursday so am posting the clothes then,sorry for the delay but Hubby doesn't get off work till after 5.00pm so I haven't been able to post them as yet.I haven't forgotten.Hugs Merle

You could try log onto www.oprah.com  and have a look at Dr oz's diets i'm not sure if they are any good (i have never had to diet ) but its a start.

small meals regularly and protein in every meal!
It's the best diet going! I lose about 500g a week just by doing this.
Also if you want to lose more you can exercise.....i don't exercise with this diet, cos i am not trying to lose weight! my friend has lost 3 kg in 2 weeks from this diet!

all lean cuts of meat! stuff like rump steak, t-bone steak, pork steak, skinless chicken breast fillets.
Also if you can't buy meat without fat....don't worry! Just buy it anyway, but cut away as much fat as you can....and cook it in a hot not stick frypan for 7minutes each side (STEAK ONLY) with canola spray....not butter or oil!
As for veggies, there is corn, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, spinach, beans, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato (which is healthier than normal potato).
You only need 4 different vegies each night. The meat only need to be the size of the palm of your hand, and the vegies should take up more room than the meat....space them evenly.
Try gluten free pasta when having spaghetti bolognaise too....it tastes sooo much better than normal stuff!
IF you like muesli bran etc etc, their is a breakfast out called PLUS protein mix. It's like $7 a box, but you don't need heaps in the bowl.
Also if you like muesli bars, Carmans muesli bars are best, as they are made from all natural ingredients including nuts honey and tropical fruit!
