How to lose that baby weight???

I cant rave enough about the Tony Ferguson diet. It works on the low carb high protein principal and IT WORKS! Ive tried a million and one diets and so far this has been the best. Check out this site to know more about it and if that doesnt answer all your questions, feel free to Mintimail me for more info. :)

Ps Ive lost 7kg so far hehe

Unfortunatley there is no easy or quick solution.  Diet and exercise.  Don't even attempt the no carb, low carb etc as these only provide you with short term weight loss and you end up putting on more weight in the long run.  I have had two kids and found that as long as you don't over indulge or your portions aren't too big you can eat what ever you like in moderation.  Eat lots of fruit & vegies, and small amounts of meat (size of your palm) once per day.  We usually have take away once a week and ice-cream once a week.  Also I drink about one beer per day and have occasional bikkies and dip.  Exercise is always a tricky one but try walking even if its only 15 minutes a day or just make sure you walk lots throughout the day rather than drive everywhere, park a little further away and walk the distance.  Also, I found that just putting on music at home and dancing around the house whilst cleaning or just being at home when the kids are in bed and just going stupid is the best way to lose weight!! It probably looks like I'm insane (I kind of do cross dancing cross aerobics) but if no one can see you, who cares.  The kids can jump around with you too, they love this!

It doesn't mean you have to join the gym or spend half your life exericising, just be creative and every bit helps.  Aim for at least 3 times a week.

I am back to my same weight I was before having kids and really don't believe anyone should make having kids an excuse for putting on extra weight.  I know that it is diffinitely harder to lose weight after having kids but if you eat well and exercise you will find its not that hard to maintain  your weight.   I hope this helps

I would have to agree here!  Don't go for fad diets, or pills.....do the healthy eating and exercise!
Watching your portions is a very good way!  I have cut back on portions and added A LOT more water into my diet.  I also cut soda out of my diet.  Yes, it was hard, but the lack of sugars and carbs from soda has helped immensly.  I truly think that it is one reason why I have been able to take off the baby weight, plus more.
Don't feel bad if you still have that small dessert, or that little treat.  One good way to treat yourself:  take your favorite candy bar - eat half after lunch and half after supper!
As for exercise, yep, don't drive around until you find the closest spot in the parking lot, take the very first one you see and walk all the way across the lot!  Take the stairs even if there is an elevator available!  Stairs is a wonderful way to burn calories and lift your rear muscles!!  Walk up the escalators, just because they are moving doesn't mean you have to stand still!

How to lose that baby weight???

Shapeworks by Herbalife. Great for mums who generally know what is good and bad to eat and know that exercise can help to get the weight off quicker. Its a mix similar to Tony Ferguson (but based on skim or soy ect.  milk).

Email to my address if your interested and I'll send out some info. Weight loss packages start from $127 AU dollars.

livetoday@netspace.net.au

On the personal side, Herbalife is my side business.  I'm also a full time student and a mother of a 11month old so I know where your coming from. These things do make losing weight take a bit longer without a bit of help of some products.

Sorry to hear this. Shapeworks is a proven system to be sucessful regardless of medical conditions and set metabolisms. I'd be welcome to send you a sample pack if you or anyone you know in the family are interested in losing a bit of extra weight. Lately I've been giving out the product without consultation because most now have the knowledge and are aware of what eating and exercise habits they need to change to be successful. Go on have another go even if just to prove me wrong.
