just wondering if anyone else experiences this, i am constantly thirsty but i think its been in the last couple of weeks that it has gotton worse, my lips are getting quite sore, i'm trying to drink as much as i can, whats going on?????????
I thought it was something to do with breastfeeding as i get really thirsty too at times -r u feeling a bit better or is your cold dragging u down i hope u r ok take care Tracey
yer sounds like a typical diabetic symptom mate get yourself to the doc asap...can't hurt to get it checked hey... it could also be like you said, that kimberly is feeding all night and you spend the day catching up on the water intake... but get it checked by the doc just in case...
well i woke up with the flew this morning plus something just dawned on me, i breastfeed my bub all through the night pretty much (sleeps in bed with me sucking pretty much all the night)and i don't drink any water through the night, so maybie the fact that my baby is takeing all my fluids through the night has made me dehidrated, what do you's think?
hi there are u still breastfeeding?or excerising more than usual as these can cause u 2 b thirsty when i meet u i can remeber u saying that also brathing heavy whilst excerising can cause sore lips i hope this helps a little ???try and have gladarate cant spell it LOL that drink will or should help with thrist as well
it's true that there is some sugar in those drinks but they are mostly full of electrolytes which are good for you if you are a busy person using up lots of energy... we lose them when we sweat and these drinks will help replace them... just make sure you get one that has less sugar and more of the good stuff...
yep i know about the eloctrolites, i was watching a program about those drinks and they are only usful in people who do ALOT of physical activitie (pro's and so on) apparantly there a load of you know what, and water is fare better unless you are like i said an athelete or someone who is VERY active, and that is not me hehe i am active but not that active lol, anyway my point is they don't hydrate you any better than water does they just give you a boost of sugar and electrolites which is not useful for me just athletes ect
I would still go to the doc and get another test done for diabeaits, even though you had the test though your perangce that doses mean you haven't got it now,
a friend of mind end up with after her baby was born even though it didn't show up in test while she was carring. It was about seven months she had the babe.
i've had countless diabeties tests during all my pregnancy's and they were all negitive (i had my last baby 4 months ago)so i was last tested about 6 months ago (routine test you have when your pregnant), plus i've always been like this but lately it has been worse
Yeah definitly worth a visist to the doc. I drank tonnes and tonnes of water while preggy (still do), but I also was sick all the way thru. O had a feb bub and it was the only I survived the heat ( also loved munching ice, which my son now loves also!)
