Hi, Depending on how long the diarrhea has been going on, will depend on what you need to do.  Keep trying with the brat diet.  And give pedialyte but also give water.  Keep an  eye on the color of her urine and the frequency and volume to try to gage whether or not she is getting dehydrated.  If it has been prolonged see your pediatrician.  Or, even just call the office and talk to the nurse, might be able to give you some other suggestions.

my daughter had the same problem at 3 months i took her to hospital because everything was coming up and out, they told me not to worry give her gastrolite and just make sure she gets water, and to just keep an eye on thee urine make sure they are weeing propery and it isn't really yellow as thats a sign of dehydration good luck Britt xx
