Congratulations on your pregnancy

The ac hes and pains that you are getting are normal as everyone else has said. I too suffered like you when I was pregnant. What helped me was putting a pillow between my legs yes even in the early weeks, also i propped a pillow under my belly. I dont know about you but i had a bit of a tummy to start with so that little extra support really helped.

i hope this has helped you.

From the off your body experiences all sorts of aches and changes and hormones and can make you feel great or not so great. If you are still unsure or worried I would check it out with the GP for your own piece of mind, better to be safe...

Good luck with you pregnancy.
