Tubes again

My son is having tubes put in his ears again.  This time he does not have to have full surgery with the I.V. just gas to do  the tubes again.  Has anyone ever had their child go through this, and what should I expect, he is a well behaved child  but I want to be prepared. Tylenol on standby.  I know lol.  Anything else would be appreciated.

With anything like that it can be most unsettling for the child, your Dr should recomend some form of pain relief for you child but just remember lots of fluids afterwards and your child may not feel like eating so give him/her little nibbles of food, your child may be a little groggy for a couple of days after and want to sleep alot and may be a tad grumpy. So just have the pain relief on hand and be prepared for lots of cuddles.

Best Wishes Blond.
