Aww, don't feel bad! I just add my 2 cents in Q&A too. Oh, and I ask a lot of questions as well, hehe.  Everything I say is based on opinion and my own personal experience as well as what I've found out by Googling stuff so you don't have to be an expert to be on this site, just a parent

hi there, this is the Ian part of iancherine, and we had some trouble uploading in lounges, but i found that if you click on "browse server"  instead of "upload" in the pic loader, then it will take you to your own minti page then you click"browse" down the bottom right hand side it will go into your PC then you can just double click the image you want and it should work, I'm not very good at explaining PC stuff, so i hope this makes sense and hope it helps, you seem to have some very relevant input on this site, so i hope you stick around a bit longer at least, your 2 cents is definitely worthwhile, cheers Ian
