Is the pain she is having after egg pick up or after implant?

A bit of discomfort is normal after implant.  I think maybe it is just the egg attaching?  Not sure but I did feel a bit of discomfort after implant.

Discomfort after egg pick up isn't really that normal.  I did on first round have extreme pain in my abdomen/ovaries but that was probably due to some fluid getting into my abdomen during the needle aspiration.  The only reason I knew this is becasue on my second round of egg pick up, I told the doctor (a new one) and that is what he told me.

I would certainly suggest she call the IVF clinic and speak with one of the nurses.  They can alleviate a lot of fears.

i donated my eggs to a woman who said she felt a bit crampy afterwards, If your friend is really anxius she should contact her nurse at the IVF clinic.
