You smart cookie! he he he

I had a lovely Mother's Day thanks. I DID NOTHING and it was great.

I got to do whatever i wantd all day, and also had hubby cook dinner! YAY

Mine was like anyother day.......washing, cleaning, kid's fighting........

I think the problem is that Mother's Day is so overrated and we kind of expect the day to be different to other day's but it really isn't. I think it can kind of be depressing....at least for me anyway because I do tend to expect to be pampered etc and when it dosen't happen I get really down. 

Mine was crap

Got up cooked breakfast. Washed dishes. Handwashed 2 loads of towels. Hung them out. Cooked lunch. Cleaned kitchen and lounge. Vaccumed. Put kids to bed and had a nap. Woke up and handwashed another 4 loads. Hung them out. Cooked dinner. Washed up. Sweaped and mopped floor. Bathed and bedded the kids. Went to sleep cos i was exhausted.

I get no presents :(

Hey, that's pretty good creative thinking about Mom = Wow upside down. :)

I made mum pancakes for brunch, and then I gave her a gift from me and my brothers. Mum made me go for a walk around the block with her because she wanted to distribute the Minti promotional coaster cards to our neighbours. Then we had a karaoke session in the house before going out for dinner.

My family went up to my brother's place on Saturday, and had a BBQ. It was alright. Swapped presents etc, and i got my pressie on Saturday too from my 4 year old.

Then yesterday ( Sunday ) i had a relaxing afternoon. Had to do all the housework in the morning, and  hubby helped out a bit more yesterday.

Over all, it wasn't bad. What did you do for mothers day?

well i made my own breaky and tea and i got my mummys day present the night before cause my hubby wanted to watch it and we spent the day fighting
