i have/had a IUD and it took me 2months for everything to get back to normal well kinda i was never normal,  i think it was after the second period i fell pregnant.  good luck and have fun

one friend had it removed and only slept with her hubby once and fell pregnant while another took six months so just relax it will happen. at least since your planning this one you can get some pregnancy vitamins. i recommend fefol.

sorry to say it but, I was lucky enough to fall pregnant 3 days after i got my implanon out. The only reason it took 3 days, is that my partner was away working up until the 3rd nite after i got it removed. It took my good friend 6mths to conceive after she got hers out, she too was asking the same Q. u are now (WHY NOTHING YET??)

Dont stress about it. In most cases ive heard about couples trying to conceive & having no luck, the moment they stop trying, they fall pregnant.                                                      Dont make it all about making a baby, its about  two people in love, showing their love to each other. (only my opinion tho)

i had my implant in for 18mths then had it taken out cause we wanted another child it took about a month for my cycle to come back and 3mths for me to fall pregnant with my other 2 kids i fell pregnant with in the month and for  the 3rd after having the implant in it took a bit longer. if you have had it in your system for awhile it might take awhile for it to leave but then again not everyone is the same good luck and just think of all the fun you will have while you are trying

haah i fell pregnant THE day i had mine out with twins! it was abig surprise to me as i was told it would take a week or so for the hormones to wear off, im happy now but was extremly upset at the time! good luck on trying for the baby the panphlets mostly say it can take around 18 months.
