Re: can someone help me please
Have you thought that it may be SPD? (Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction). I have had this in varying degrees with each of my four babies. When the hormone relaxin is released into your system, it loosens the ligament in the hips; some people release just a little too much (for no obvious reason). This means that they [hips] are slightly mobile (when they should be rigid and supportive).
In my case, the first pregnancy was the worst (this is not necessarily typical). By twenty weeks I could not walk and the pain, although mainly at the bottom of my bump, where the hip bones are joined by ligament, spread up the sides of me and down my legs too. It was excrutiating. A support bandage (a bit like a Girdle) helps as do crutches, but in the end, I had to use a wheelchair.
"Growing pains" also affected me in my fourth pregnancy...so for your second to be giving you pain is not unusual. I would still get checked out if I were you, as you don't want to have missed something.
I have had similar pains throughout each of my pregnancies, my second and fourth being less sever than my first and third (strangely!)...I wish you luck.
