Can anyone advise? My baby is nearly 10 months and is not rolling, crawling or weight bearing.
I am starting to really worry. My daughter who is nearly 10 months was born by C-section as she was breach. Her hips were scanned soon after birth and were not dislocated. She sits well unsupported, but can only roll from her back to her tummy and calls for rescue as she cannot roll back. I've tried leaving her as the health visitor advised, but this has not helped. She is also not showing any signs of crawling and when I try to encourage her to bear weight all she does is kicks her legs. Should I be concerned and is there anything I can do to encourage her to crawl or weight bear?

I wouldn't worry, my neice didn't crawl until she was 11 1/2 years old. If I were you I would help her roll over, do some exercises. For example, if she is laying on her back, gently pull one leg to the side she needs to roll to, let her do the rest. When she is on her tummy do the same thing, just get her started and then let her finish. If she is sitting up, take her arm and pull it down to help her know how to get into the crawling position. I wouldn't worry! My sister in law was worried, they went to a physical therapist and there was nothing wrong, she is just LAZY! You could also try to bribe her to roll or move with a food she likes or toy placed a little out of reach.
