I haven't heard of this service, but you can go to any place that does film developing, download your photos from a digital camera and online design birth announcements, type in your babies details, and have them delivered. Walgreens does this, I did it with mine so I didn't have to call everyone. You could also put someone in charge of doing this, say a friend or relative, so you just call them with the babies details, and they pass the word along.
