hi there i am on the boarder of vic and nsw and if you want to buy an investment property buy here its the fastest growing country victorian town since i have been here its gone stupid new estates everywhere we got kfc not long ago maccas by christmas we have a new health resort spa and residential golf course being built at the moment silverwoods its called have allok on the net its going to be massive and realestate prices will boom as soon as its finished alot of city folks move here as we arn't really that far from melb and sydney really nsw is like a 2 min drive its funny actually

if it is purely an ivestment property that you are looking at buying, look around Wellington (about 1/2 hr from Dubbo) as there is a new jail opening up very soon.

Dubbo is a good region.  Hope that you find something that you like.
