This will make you laugh but with me it was a condom filled with water and frozen yes i know it sounds gross but it was soothing. Go to the drs hunni it can be fixed.

like the other guys said you should probly go to the doctors,. you may need to have them removed my step father did and aparently it quite a simple procedure but i'm not a doctor so your best bet is to go see one.

 

Cream, rest and plenty of fibre and water is what you need. I agree see your Dr but there are things you can do yourself to ease the situation. Picking up you child wont be helping, unless its necessary avoid it, change nappies on the floor, sit on the floor to eat have your partner bath your child and you dress on the floor down is definately better but make sure you have a chair to help ease your way back up.

I know you may not of wanted to do this before but if nothing is helping right now with anything you are doing so it might be time just to go down to you docs,, see if there is anything he can suggest ,, i know how painful this is ,,,
