Re: I NEED ADVICE/SERIOUS ADVICE
This is how i get when i feel powerless to control my life situations.
Talking to an outsider that is understanding, can help a great deal.
If things get to much and this is only advice.
Maybe tallking to your local doctor or a councellor may help you.
Every one has hard times in there life this is why there are services avalible.
Sometimes when we are stressed we can look deeper into situations and see things others cant see. Or think things are worse than what they actually are.
I simpithy's with you and wish you the best of luck. Take a break from your life for a little while. have a day where you can pamper your self and forget your troubles.
Then when you come back to your everyday excistance you wil see things more clearly and you will be able to concerntraite.
All the best.

Re: I NEED ADVICE/SERIOUS ADVICE
I know how you feel, sort of. I have had night where I've cried because of not having enough money. My husband and I are both not working. I have not worked for over a year and my husband has not been working since december. We are working on opening up a bakery/cafe and it's due to open this month. But money is very tight as you can imagine with no income for over 6 months. All I can say is don't feel like a failure, one thing, as long as you are doing all that you can, then smile. I know it's tough, but you also have to have faith. Faith that things will get better. I pray every night for our bakery to be open soon and for things to go good, I also pray for financial support. I thank the lord everyday for what he has blessed us with and even though things are tight, my baby's b-day coming, a new baby due in a few weeks, I know it's hard. But thinking of the positive will really help you. I hope and pray that you sell your house very quickly so you can have some relief, but hang in there, you do have people who are here to support you! GOOD LUCK< I'm right there with you!

Re: I NEED ADVICE/SERIOUS ADVICE
I think financial security is one of the main stresses we all suffer from - no matter how much money we have. I think men stress about it even more than women, so give hubby a break. He is trying to follow his dream, and provide for his family - if you make him feel like a failure, it won't benefit anybody. Especially since the likelihood of a man asking for help is very low - try your best to be supportive and enlist his help in looking for options to help solve your problem.
Ring centrelink, tell them about your situation - you may be eligible for some sort of emergency payments to help tide you over. Contact your utility providers and see if you can get extensions on your bill due dates, and or pay them off a little at a time. Work out how much money you need to consolidate your outstanding bills - including your mortgage. If you can get it for your house, and enough to start fresh and maybe even rent, or move in with family and friends for a while - then go for it - get rid of the house at the lowest price you can afford - a year is a long time.
Let your realtor know where you stand, they will have empathy for you, it is tough at the moment - families are struggling. Get some free financial advice, there are often people who are willing to give you a free consult in the hope of gaining your business. Many banks and building societies offer similar services - speak to your bank, see if you can get your payments revised.
Cheer up, you have your health, your hubby and your kids - together you can achieve ANYTHING!
