I am not worried I did not know to go to Matt as I haven't had a problem before and this one came out of the blue!  I haven't had much time to deal with Minti of late as I have been asked to produce relaxation CDs for Primary school age. So when I do pop in to try to help I don't expect my time to be used up with trying to justify something I know nothing about.  She sounds pretty fiesty so I am sure she will be fine. It is a waste of energy trying to justify - I use my technique 'Bygones' and it is gone. L&L Robyn

I am dealing with this member now - if you feel someone has got your email address from Minti then you should message me kn the first instance.  I will ask that such emails are sent to my private non-minti-mail account for review.

We found the source of the virus scam stuff (bad advertiser code) and none of the Minti members emails are affected by that.

We are VERY careful with peoples emails and no-one can get a private email from Minti - however the system does send emails to you address when you get a message from someone at Minti and this may be confusing

I agree that you should try to sort it out through admin rather than report a member.  She probably believes you did it, and it wasn't her fault as you said it was probably that virus that went through minti and no one is to blame so no one should be reported/deleted over this.

Hey there, I would suggest contacting admin, or someone else that you trust to mediate for you... Reporting should only be used as a last resort.  Check the different information on reporting and if this member is harrassing, you or sending you abusive emails etc, or breaching minti terms of service, and you feel it is the best avenue, then do it.

This is terrible for you and her....... For you as it must hurt your feelings to be accused of this act and Her cause she feels violated......I would contact Matt or Clay directly to try and get to the bottom of this......I am Sad for the both of you....Hugs Crystal xxx
