Re: Weight problem
I know I have the same as you when it comes to losing weight. I get started great, then I just pitter out. Problem is that I look at it as "work" and it is not. It's a way of life. Also, I have used my children as an excuse to get out and exercise. When you take them to the park, don't just sit there, get involved. Bring healthy snacks and lots of water when you go out to friends houses, the mall or where ever so you are not tempted to eat high fat/calorie foods. And allow yourself to eat something not so good once in a while, otherwise if you deprive your self it could set you on a junk food bing. but do things slowly. Once you have one new thing established, then start another, like trying to eat breakfast. I never do, and it's one of my big booboos as the later in the day you eat the lest time your metabolisim is working faster. but don't look for a quick fix, with my first it took over a year to get to my prepreggy weight, with my second, he's only 10 weeks, and I've still got 15lbs to lose. So don't worry, as long as you take one step at a time. An if it helps write a list each day of what you want to do to help you lose that weight. Like take the stairs at the mall instead of the elevator, park far away from the store entrance, do a set os squats during a comercial, etc. Before you know it the weight has come off. And when you feel like you are losing steam, there are many of us here that will help to cheer you on!!!
