Re: Weight problem

While obviously a balanced diet of fruits, veggies, whole-grains, lean meats, and lminimal highly-processed foods is ideal, we all need a little help sometime. I found that if I was able to get a jumpstart on my fat loss, then I was more likely to continue on a healthy eating plan. I used diet pills to help me initially. This really worked for me. It reved up my energy and kept me motivated. Check out this site for more information on the best diet pills available:

Re: Weight problem
I know I have the same as you when it comes to losing weight.  I get started great, then I just pitter out.  Problem is that I look at it as "work" and it is not.  It's a way of life.  Also, I have used my children as an excuse to get out and exercise.  When you take them to the park, don't just sit there, get involved.  Bring healthy snacks and lots of water when you go out to friends houses, the mall or where ever so you are not tempted to eat high fat/calorie foods.  And allow yourself to eat something not so good once in a while, otherwise if you deprive your self it could set you on a junk food bing.  but do things slowly.  Once you have one new thing established, then start another, like trying to eat breakfast.  I never do, and it's one of my big booboos as the later in the day you eat the lest time your metabolisim is working faster.  but don't look for a quick fix, with my first it took over a year to get to my prepreggy weight, with my second, he's only 10 weeks, and I've still got 15lbs to lose.  So don't worry, as long as you take one step at a time.  An if it helps write a list each day of what you want to do to help you lose that weight.  Like take the stairs at the mall instead of the elevator, park far away from the store entrance, do a set os squats during a comercial, etc.  Before you know it the weight has come off.  And when you feel like you are losing steam, there are many of us here that will help to cheer you on!!!

Re: Weight problem

Firstly decide who you are doing this for yourself or others. If the answer is others nothing on earth will make it happen.

Secondly there is no magic cure it takes months of dedication.

Thirdly if you are breast feeding you need to be careful what you eat.

Finally I lost 40 kg by being sensible, I wasnt dieting I was making a lifestyle change, I have learnt dieting doesnt work. I ate healthy foods, yes I cut out fast food, soft drinks and assorted processed foods. I drank water and I walked for 1/2 and every day. It took several months but I have maintained my size for 6 years now.

Consider walking, possibly as a family but if you are going it alone and thats always good after or before a day with littlies let him be the sitter. You will need support and encouragement not critism.

Best wishes.

Hi
I know how to drop a lot of weight very fast.
Kick the other halfs butt to the curb lol.
How dare he be critical
Baby weight can take longer to shift
Remember not to diet but change your eating plan to a lifestyle
Go for 2 and 5 each day
Make small changes
It took 9 months to get there and it will take over double that time to lose it
There are no get slim quick miracle diets
The reason diets fail is you have to DIE to achieve iT
Luv Deb

Re: Weight problem
I agree. I lost about 120 kgs when I kicked my ex-hubby out, and then lost another 30 because I'd stopped eating all the crappy food he loved to cook. LOL

Re: Weight problem

Try smaller portions or everything you eat.  everything in moderation.  Find a frined who is willing to do some exercise with you say walking 3 -4 times aweek.  A friend will hopefully give you some motarvation.  Do not find excuses as to why you can't do it. There is always time.

Good luck you can do it and if you go one step at a time it will happen.  Don't rush into it, all at once.
