Re: pains during pregnancy

I agree with the others, if you see blood or you are really worried have a chat to your gp. But it probably is your body preparing for bub. If the pain is bad, grab a glass of water, a good book or movie, a hot water bottle and have a lay down. You will feel heaps better and the pain should subside. Other than that, i hope you are enjoying your pregnancy so far.

Re: pains during pregnancy
I have heard before that period like cramps is a signal that your uterus is growing and adjusting to the baby growing. But, if you're uncomfortable with it, most definitely check with the doctors. Have you had your first OB appointment yet? It's a good time to bring up any questions or uneasiness that you may have.

Re: pains during pregnancy
my advice to you is to get checked over by a doctor. pains in first trimester can occur as your body is preparing itself for the developing baby.
I wouldn't worry too much unless you start to spot blood.
Cheers
