for starters medical opinion would be best although  even then opinions vary. i wouldnt bother with companies like johnson because their views are biased .  the best is  less is best in other words when  anything affects our health in anyway the more natural something is the better for us. by holding off it cant harm you . evem experts dont know the full consequences of things at times and sometimes they have got it wrong. our pores do need to breathe.remember a fake tan is just that !! I was told its not a good idea while you are pregnant.. Especially when you are in the later months (third trimester)
I would stay away from them until after your babe is born.
