Re: ????????
The most important thing is that you are ovulating. As long as you're ovulating, it doesn't matter how long or short your period is, you can get pregnant.

Re: ????????
my periods have always lasted around 3 days and have never been painful, i have 6 children and have always fallen pregnant very easily, so i'm not sure, but i know it dosn't make any difference for myself.

Re: ????????

After I had my first 2 babies, straight after each other, I found that my period was basically non existent for about 10 years. Only had a little dribble and that was it. However, I did fall pregnant one night after I had a car accident and was so stressed I didn't take my pill. That was it, baby on the way.

So the length of the period shouldn't have a direct result. However, it seems that you are a little on the worried side, so go to your doctor and have it checked out. Your bub is only 5 months old so it does take a while for the system to get back into its own routine.

i agree with mony, i know that having very irregular periods can affect your ability to fall pregnant but having a shorter period could mean you either already are, or you have been active (e.g. running around or exercising more than usual?)

Re: ????????

in my opinion it cant. unless its an ongoing thing you might want to check it out wtih your doctor. iv always had a light period but this month it was extra light. bled for half a day then stopped. then the next day same again and that was it for the whole month.

on the other hand..... you could already be pregnant. i know i did that with each of my babies when i concieved. give it a few weeks and take a test. good luck :)
