in all the dreams literature ive read dreaming of birth is a sign of new beginnings not necessarily that you are pregnant or wanting a baby, just something new is coming into your life, and on the other hand dreams of death are meant to signify a new baby.

ive often dreamt of death and found out a few days later a friend or family member is pregnant.

It means someone very close to you is pregnant! if you saw the sex of that baby that is what they are having(not many people do see the sex if they have this dream). I had a similar dream years ago and then found out my SIL was pregnant i didnt get to see the sex tho

dreams are usually a subconsious thought maybe thats what you secretly desire in your heart? they tend to reflect our feelings but arnt nessasarily what we look for in real life, it cld be youd like anouther it cld be you havent dealt with not having any more id say think about it again in a few days time as dreams are very emotional. but then im no expert i found you this link hope it helps
