Re: arghhh i need the loo again!!!!
We have all been there sweetie. Starting to live in the loo (without my head in it) now too. I don't drink a lot of caffinated drinks now, as they dehydrate me and make me pee more. After my oldest was born, before leaving the hospital, I was able to talk with a physitherapist about pelvic floor excercises, which has been of a great help. It's kind of hard to describe what you have to do without pics, and I've not got the leaflet they gave me any more, so can't scan it in (actually, still waiting on other half to get multifunction centre). Ask your dr or midwife about it, and see if they have any info they can give you. Believe me, your lower half and tummy muscles end up somewhat sore and tired, but it is worth the effort. I was also told to do them any time I could, even hanging out the washing! lol. It is recommended that all women should do them all the time, regardless of age, in order to keep the muscles tight and prevent incontinence.
