Alternatives to wearing a bra to bed...

I am currently breastfeeding and although I wear breast pads in a bra during the day, I HATE wearing a bra to bed - the only problem is if I don't I'll wake up during the night with a sopping wet t-shirt. Does anyone have any alternatives to wearing a bra to bed without ending up really wet, or do I just have to get used to it (wearing a bra to bed that is)?

Hi well i understand, its not nice waking up all sticky you could try breast pads, with a littlte bit of medical tape saves all the mess, but before you take it off, make sure its damp, can be sore if you dont

sleeping on a towel with no shirt i found was great especially on hot nights. This is great for tummy sleepers (if you boobs aren't too sore) which is what i am but not so great for back sleepers and top sheets.

You can try a sports bra. It's less constricting.  Hang in there! As your baby gets older, you won't have any more problems leaking at night.

i agree with dee...

i breast feed and a soft sports crop top/bra is comfy...

but make sure it's not too tight else you milk may begin to dry up!!!

also wearing a feeding bra ain't too bad!

Have you tried a soft sports bra crop top? They are really comfy to wear to bed.

Sorry can't be of more help, I'm not a breast feeder.

Cheers Dee
