I was just wondering has anyone tried the acne product "PROACTIV" and if so, did it work and was it worth the 29.95 a month? Since being pregnant i have had terrible acne... so any help would be appreciated!
My sister and I both ordered Proactiv a few years ago. I used it for about two weeks and it was too strong and burnt my skin. I looked terrible with a puffy, swollen, red face for about one week. Then the top layers of skin peeled off and I had wonderful skin for about one month. The pimples eventually came back of course! I never used it again, it was just too strong. My sister didn't have any reaction to the treatment and it worked well for her. I don't know, but I'd be very careful about using it during pregnancy. Perhaps you can call the hotline and ask them if it is safe to use whilst you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
Hi! I suffered from acne too - until I discovered Arbonne products & now my skin is great! I tried heaps of other products but nothing seemed to work for me, but I have never tried PROACTIVE. If you want any info on the Arbonne products just let me know.
before you go paying $30 a month for it, you should have a look on e-bay.
the store bought acne treatments dont work for me at all, but what is helping is an avon night gel for acne. But if it does stop working, ill be buying proactiv myself.
yes it works,i used it on a holiday a few years ago and my skin was clear as.Im 18weeks pregnant and my face looks disgusting but i dont want to use anything on it cos its only from the pregnancy. You have to go thru something to get that gorjuz baby at the end i guess.Try drinking lots of water and no junk.
Yes it works really well but it is quiet strong so carfeul if you have sensitive skin. Its worth the money but you tend to not use as much as they send so your better to order, get your first month then cancel membership. Try it out and see your order will last you around 2 and 1/2 months but it works.
